Wall Unit and Key Fob Operated Online Attendance System
Our wall mounted attendance system units are unique in their use of mobile-wireless technology. No on-site cabling or support infrastructure is required allowing for easy installation and relocation. Staff clock in and out using TimeAttend key-fobs which are scanned by the wall unit.
As soon as it’s plugged into a power outlet, a TimeAttend unit will begin communicating with our remote servers.
"Heart beats" are sent every 60 seconds to give an up-to-date display of the unit’s status.
Each staff member is issued their own TimeAttend key fob. It’s this fob that is used to record their arrival at, and departure from, any TimeAttend unit.
