How big is the TL-400 Tracking unit?
The TL-400 is smaller than a credit card, measuring 66mm x 36mm x 20mm, and weighs in at only 76g.
How long does the battery last?
The life of the battery depends on what interval you set your device to send its data. Average battery life is around 4-7 days. If the device is switched on but in standby mode then you can expect around 160 hours.
Can I hardwire the unit to a vehicle so it doesn't need to be charged?
Yes absolutely. We can supply you with a hardwiring kit to carry out this simple job.
How do I see where the unit is and where it's been?
All you need to do in order to view and control your TL-400 is visit our website. You simply log in to the TracLogik panel and start tracking.
How do I get started?
To get started, simply purchase a TL-400 tracking unit and a suitable TracPlan to give you access to the tracking panel.
Which TracPlan is best for me?
TracPlans are based on the number of positions sent by the TL-400 in any one month. You can control the number of positions sent using the tracking panel. If you want to track something every minute of every day you will need a larger TracPlan than if you are simply tracking in the event of an emergency, for example the theft of your vehicle.
Is it weatherproof?
Yes the TL-400 is designed to cope with extreme weather and is water resistant to IPX6 standard.
How do I charge it?
All TL-400 units come with a free mains charger.
Can I use it abroad?
